Dr. Jason Tan Seng Hwee - President & CEO

Dr. Jason Tan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Australia and an Executive Doctor of Business Administration from the Polish Academy of Sciences.  He has completed professional coach training from the Coach University, USA and he is a certified Life Options Retirement Coach. Jason is a Professional Member of the Association of Career Professionals International (ACP International), a Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Member of the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and a Regular Member of International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), USA. 


Dr. Jason Tan’s distinguished career can be summarised as having 30 years of broad-based senior management experience in outplacement consultancy, executive coaching, general management, business development, business operations, field operations, strategic alliances & partners management, administration, human resource, training management, executive search, sales & marketing, B2B eCommerce,  IT  & Internet professional services management as well as regional  exposure in the Asia-Pacific region.  His multi-cultural exposure included working with locals, Asians and western expatriates on projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, India, Europe and USA.

Arthur Wee - Vice President


Arthur has several years of management consulting and human resource experience with international conglomerates and multinational corporations.  His progressive career with different industry sectors, some with regional portfolios and profit-and-loss responsibilities, provided him with invaluable exposure to the various business models and the competitive landscapes these enterprises operated in.


As a human resource practitioner, Arthur has always advocated the harnessing of the human capital as a valued resource that will achieve fruitful results particularly in fast-paced, complex and volatile business environments.  This has always been his consistent approach and passion in embracing the human capital in organizations.  Arthur has also assisted various levels of executives from broad ranging industries transit in their careers as corporations sought to remain competitive and re-aligned themselves through right-sizing and restructuring exercises. As an outplacement consultant, he not only brings a wealth of knowledge in International Business but also a passion for helping each candidate as they are guided through their career transition journey & job search.


In addition to facilitating workshops, Arthur also lectured for academic and professional institutions at the post-graduate, graduate and diploma levels.  He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (UK) and holds an MBA, MS, BBA, BS from the University of Miami (USA).  He also completed Specialist Diplomas in Applied Learning & Teaching and Enhanced Human Resource Skills, and ACTA qualified.

See Ee Hoon - Vice President


Ee Hoon is a senior human resource management professional with more than 30 years of experience in managing full spectrum of human resource activities across diversed manufacturing set-ups. His roles included 5 years as Corporate HR-VP with global coverage, 4 years as Regional HR Director for North Asia, and more than 20 years as Country HR Director/Manager in Singapore, Malaysia, Mauritius and China.

The uniqueness of Ee Hoon's career is that it included working in China for more than 20 years serving top MNCs and US listed companies. Hence he is well versed with China labor law and market practices and he possesses good understanding of China’s cultural diversity, government & union relations and corporate compliance. He also has strong business acumen acquired through his broad-based management experiences as General Manager for a China Joint-Venture and as President for a Human Resources Group specialised in internet recruitment websites and as Director for a Real Estate Development Company. He had also made significant contributions to numerous business feasibility studies & investment negotiations for projects in China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar.

Ee Hoon holds a Bachelor of Government & Public Administration degree from the Nanyang University in Singapore and he has obtained an Extension Course in Personnel Management & industrial Relations Certification from the University of Singapore.  He has also completed the Human Resource Executive Program conducted by the University of Michigan Business School.

In China, Ee Hoon chaired & led HR Associations in a few China cities. He has made several speeches on Human Resources Management and participated in a government taskforce committee as a council member on HR related matters and attraction of foreign investment. He was awarded the Best Human Resources Manager in Suzhou City for three consecutive years, from 2004 to 2006. Ee Hoon speaks fluent English & Chinese and some local dialects. He is also a famous blogger and a writer with five literature books (in Chinese) published.

And he joins CACMCI with aspiration to serve and help people with career coaching & outplacement services, plus management consultation especially in the turbulent environment of the Asian region.

Roger Ong - Assistant Vice President


Roger Ong is a consultant with a strong flair for training.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Thames Valley University, UK.  He also possesses an Advance Diploma in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executive, UK.  Roger is also a certified trainer who has been awarded Statements of Attainment for the Workforce Development Agency’s (WDA) Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.   He is a dedicated and passionate service champion with 20 years of progressive accomplishments in the aviation service industry including 8 years at senior management level.


Before joining CAC Management Consultants International, Roger was an In-flight Supervisor (the highest ranking person in any flight crew) with Singapore Airlines.   His responsibility was to coach and train the cabin crew and to ensure that the crew maintains Singapore Airlines highest standards of quality service and undisputable service leadership. 


Roger is able to draw from this varied experience in a global environment, to share invaluable learning experiences with his participants.  Possessing an outgoing personality and a penchant for challenges, Roger thrives on active participation and strives to bring more dynamism and creativity into his work arena.  His training portfolio covers areas such as Outplacement, Team building, Communications and Service Excellence.


In his current role as consultant, Roger continues his focus on outplacement, service excellence, communications and relationship management, and teambuilding, working closely with companies to identify their needs, designing and delivering high impact learning and development programs. He has more than 7 years of coaching experience.


Roger is also an entrepreneurship coach providing companies and individuals with Entrepreneurship consultancy.  He also gives talks during seminar on areas such as Starting Your Own Business, and Writing Business Plan.

Karen Ong - Assistant Vice President


Karen has more than 13 years of professional human resource management experience with both foreign and local MNCs before venturing into the consulting field a few years ago. As an outplacement consultant, she has essentially played the role of a career consultant and facilitates and assists candidates in their career transition and job search efforts.


Karen has worked in the public sector as well as the private sector in the manufacturing, healthcare, high technology and retail industries. As a HR specialist, she was instrumental to the success of several massive recruitment exercises both locally and overseas. She had also participated in career fairs, career talks, open houses and overseas recruitment trips in China, Philippines and Malaysia. As a HR consultant, she was responsible for providing all aspects of HR support to the assigned business units in the organizations that she had worked for.


Her work exposure in a global environment with internal staff, customers and vendors with varied working styles has given her the opportunity to better understand and adapt flexibly to different cultures, management styles and work expectations.


In her consulting role, she has worked with large organizations and companies like British American Tobacco (S) Pte Ltd, Maxtor Peripherals (S) Pte Ltd, Tellabs Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, SPH Mediaworks, Institute of Technical Education, DHL Express (S) Pte Ltd, etc. She has also worked with numerous individuals and groups on career and career transition issues. This ranges from Executives, Managers, Senior Managers, Director, VP and President level. Clients have appreciated her consistent support.


Karen holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.  She has also completed professional coach training from the Coach University, USA.


Kimberlyn Tan - Assistant Director, Business Support


Kim is the Assistant Director, Business Support for CAC Management Consultants International.  In this capacity, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and manages all service delivery mechanisms and resources.


Kim takes pride in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of CAC Management Consultants International’s services. She is responsible for streamlining all business support operations and maintaining highest service delivery standards. She is also tasked with the creation and development of all Client Services reporting.  On top of that, she is also responsible for all online Career Support services and financial reporting.


Kim’s background in the professional accounting services, in addition to her analytic and strategic thinking as well as her excellent problem solving skills, adds significant value to her role as Assistant Director, Business Support.


Kim holds professional certifications in both LCCI and ACCA.
